Understanding Insurance Reimbursement

How insurance works with us can be a little confusing, so we created this page as a reference guide with step-by-step instructions on how insurance reimbursement works!

1. Pay for your child’s speech therapy session
2. Request a superbill from your child’s speech therapist
   • This will include the dates of services, diagnosis/treatment codes, and amount paid
3. Submit the superbill to your insurance provider
   • This typically can be done through your member portal, via email, or via their mail
4. Await claim approval and payout for partial coverage of services!
